This website has been designed to generate ideas; you are not limited to what you see here! Speak with your Custom Order team.
They will provide quotes and ideas based on all your input as well as considering your lead time, budget, artwork request and any other details vital to providing the right recommendations for your project. You will also receive the necessary proofs, samples, and timeline updates to make sure your project gets delivered as expected.
How is the custom Order site different than the Brand Store?
On this, the Custom Order site, you are not limited to what is shown. If you need something you don't see here, we can source thousands of additional items. Reach out to your Custom Order team, they will assist you. Because these are custom orders, minimum order quantities are required (minimum quantities are listed on each item) and returns are only possible if there is a defect.
The Brand Store, on the other hand, shows merchandise that is in stock and ready to ship, and does not have minimum quantity requirements.
What is Custom Order?
A special order or custom project is anything that is not stocked on your Brand Store. This merchandise can be anything from a pen that is different in color from one stocked on the Brand Store or as complicated as making a mold and producing a completely unique item from scratch. Please note there will be minimums that need to be met to proceed with non-stocked (custom-ordered) merchandise.

When should I do a Custom Order?
If you are working on a project that requires something special that you cannot find on the Brand Store.
If your quantity is large enough to do a Custom Order.
If you would like help finding the perfect merchandise to highlight your event or project.
What do I need to start the process?
You'll want to have all the details regarding your order:
What – Is there any specific item that you have thought about to begin the process?
How Much – What is your budget?
When – The date when you will need the merchandise.
Where – Location item needs to be shipped to.
Who – Who will be receiving the item, such as associates at an offsite meeting, employees at a fair health, etc...
When should I expect a reply back?
After submitting your quote request, you will hear back from a member of the team within 4 business hours.
What type/file of artwork do I need to have?
Please submit a vector file (.eps is preferred). If you do not have vector art, we can provide Art services (billed at $50/hr).
Can I send ANY image to be added to my item?
The Custom Order team is trained on the Kaiser Permanente brand guidelines, should a question arise, they can also send your request to KP Branding for approval.
What payment options do I have?
Work with your Custom Order representative to determine your final payment method, they will assist you with using payment methods available in your region.
When will my account be charged and when can I expect an invoice?
You will be billed after your order has shipped. Invoices are typically processed within 5-7 business days after shipping.
